I recommend starting with Rich Dad Poor Dad and moving on from there.

From what I have read and others have said this divide between high and low collection ‘% seems to be directly correlated to the local govt’s hostility towards landlords and the misconception that all landlords are “rich”.

@Rich Makijew with credit like that you should be able to refinance at a much lower interest rate with minimal if any fees

I’m not rich but I can put together a couple grand if need be to get started!! 

Then be creative for their current use, wedding venue, events, horse boarding, mental health retreats for the rich, drug rehab for the rich. 

Good books to start with are Rich Dad Poor Dad, Set for Life, and The House Hacking Strategy.

Buying quads for $100k sounds like the fast track to cashflow riches.
