I was curious about this as well...not for property sales...but for regular monthy rent collection.Per my management company, I receive January 1st rent on February 15th.

This guy made 6 figures, paid regularly for 18 months, then lost his job and found a lower paying one.

Once you start doing deals on a semi-regular basis, you will probably need an accountant.  

Instead write up a document that says you are keeping regular business hours of 9-5 and after hours only in an emergency can a call be made .

But, in a nutshell, that is less than 1/2 a percent of the population that regularly use a wheelchair.
