Guy i work with charges pet rent instead of a pet deposit.Instead of charging 250 pet deposit when people move in, he usually charges i think like 35 a month per pet.

I've prepared income taxes, state sales taxes, business licenses, fictitious names, etc.When I was working one tax season for an EA in San Francisco years ago, one of my co-workers who was also a EA, told me about writing off pets as security in a home-based business I do believe that was a travel trailer to top things off.I'm talking about writing off dog food, etc.I assume security is a common write off for the right business set-up.
