I had gone against my no pet rule and allowed them to have a rabbit.

However, I have learned from one tenant that if I allow them to have pets, then they will pay for a final pest control/flea bomb and provide me a receipt as proof.

my first thought would be to open up every window possible, idk if it will work but I'm pretty sure it will atlas help your situation...and google how to get smell out carpet maybe lowes or pet mart might have a special powder you could put down as well....i hope everything works out for you
