The net blended or payments were comparable (to a single 1st mortgage) but the net interest paid is nearly 20% lower over the duration of the loans. 

I have templates of contracts to set up but a direct contact to go over some things would be perfect.

Now I am there about 2-3 times a year or as needed for large things like an A/C replacement.Once you have a great cleaner and handy person, then you don't really need to go over that often.We are about 7 hours from our place so it isn't a crazy drive.

I think a lot of the concerns here revolve around using their call center where you don't have an advocate that you can always work with.

James this just screams equity partner.. do as  many deals that you can do on your own and then for the over flow bring in partner share the wealth if it worth it..
