Do you charge them the cleaning fee separate or incorporated with their charge for the whole stay? 

It would be a way for BP members to stay on BP and create amazing connections instead of moving over to that other "unhappiest place on the web" FB, where they do have private groups.

That is good to look at as you can see they health ratio for them personally and their businesses.If the lease does not disclose sales another indicator they are staying is if they just did a big re-image or update or added a lot of new equipment to the inside of the space.

Some states have common law marriage , after so many years and kids , they could consider you married .Safest thing ....................stay single and keep it zipped up 

Hey everyone I am waiting until April to buy a 2 family house hack the property looking to buy a fixer-upper to add equity and get a decent cash flow after 750 to 1200 net, I am in between  staying or leaving to buy a place in Houston Texas since its growing now with trump tax bill capping to 10k will it be worth it to buy. what am I looking for?
