My friends that have gone the VA loan route have all complained about how much of a pain it was because of the stupid little stuff they wanted fixed, so that will definitely help you.

Perhaps she was friends or related to the previous owner.

They are affordable, super friendly and amazing customer service.

Any advice would be great.Also if anyone knows a good brokerage to work under for someone who wants to be an "investor friendly" agent.
