Indeed, as @Michael Baum mentioned, Punta Cana is one of the world's capitals of all inclusives and I don't know anybody who goes there and doesn't stay in an all-inclusive, which are probably less expensive than short-term rentals because flight and food are included.

When they have a clean working fridge within the hour and none of their food is lost they are never asking me why I am so cheap to put in a used fridge.I also cut my own grass, for one because it saves a little money but it also gives me a great opportunity to gauge what is going on with each tenant and property on a weekly basis.

Just save.Don't make babies, don't finance any car purchases, don't get a dependa while still in, live in the barracks (or luxury suites or whatever they are called in the AF :P ), avoid the strippers, don't get a stupid life insurance policy, eat in the chow hall where the food is actually pretty good considering that you're still paying for it even if you don't eat there (I actually miss "Salisbury Steak" believe it or not...), minimal tats visible while wearing a t-shirt and shorts, KEEP READING!
