My motivation to make a change in my life will give me the drive to move forward.

That was really motivating :)As if that weren't cool enough, after the meeting one of the members told me about his favorite networking community, bigger pockets.

Has anybody ever marketed to obituaries or life estate house? For example sent letters to the recently deceased families about buying houses? I've heard of people doing this but curious if anybody's had any luck or go...

In addition the forums, and podcast are great resources to continue your motivation even through the difficult situations. 

I suggest the REI groups as previously suggested in addition to reading as much as you can, focusing on one aspect of RE, and watching information and motivation videos from YouTube such as Earl Nightengale, over 10 years later and I still do these things every day.  

I am currently reading "How to make friends and influence people" followed by which I'll read "Rich dad, poor dad". 

They are saying it is a motivated seller. 

I personally think its great when people ask me my motivation.

I am super motivated and looking to have at least two properties by the end of the year.
