As a principal broker and owner of my firm and an investor myself I look at this differently than many.I use to have 50 agents but do not have any now.3 different thoughts:Brokerage: How can we make the most money off of our agents while doing "vanilla" deals that are in compliance with the E & O policy and keep us in good graces with the real estate commission??

On an institutional basis, there is more of that structure for firms making millions, to put it into perspective, one LLC for lots of assets of similar nature and relative low risk of out running the insurance master policy.
