However, he didn't finalize the process.

Finally, the buyer has agreed to purchase this property "as is" with no provisions for the seller to further improve the property.

Are you saying that because the final infusion of cash comes from the buyer, that the buyer now automatically has paid for every aspect of the transaction downstream?

I have used them for templates and have purchased forms as well.I am finally meeting with an attorney next week and hopefully she works out and I can finally put one on my team.
