Greeting All,Who can I contact when I've come across a a listing that is 150+ days old on sites like Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, etc. ? 

I am in contact with my lawyer to learn some things but he -- a real estate lawyer -- is very conservative so I'm looking for lots of viewpoints.  

You just have to know what you're doing and have the right access to deals and contacts on the ground.
