Consistency is key.

Fees consist of a few components.

We move them pretty consistently.

So, you may want to verify that the roof is indeed in decent shape.Most importantly, it appears that you're trying to sell a 3/1.5 in a neighborhood that mostly consists of 3/2 ranches.
