@Andre Houston ok so depending on your timeline, assuming you can't create more qualifying income in a short period of time, you might want to talk to your CPA about how to structure your taxes next year.

Does anyone here know how to properly structure their LLC to get the most amount of business credit?

I want to acquire more properties and be more involve in real estate investments, I know about the parent/child LLC structure, but can I have a sole proprietorship as a parent and have separate LLCs for each rental? 

The underlying structure and plumbing seem good, but pretty much everything else needs replacement (flooring, tub-surrounds/tile, vanities, and toilets). 

What type of structure or controls do you put in place?
