This occurred prior to the dissent of the certification of the electoral college results and subsequent insurrection.It appears that in exchange for being awarded the permanent destination of US Space Command, Tommy Tuberville (Alabama Senator) and other Alabama House members voted to not to certify the electoral college results.Hope the location that is best for national security gets it - whether Colorado or Alabama

The thought just occurred to me today - instead of selling my current home, can I do a cash out refinance on the home, keep it as a rental, and use the remaining cash to repay my down payment and renovations on the new home?

Those properties that are not feasible for you could be wholesaled to other investors as and help put cash in your pocket to continue your efforts find properties and keeping properties you like and can afford.I would advise caution in keeping properties with no money in reserves to weather obstacles that may occur so you don't lose the property.
