my brother is going through this right now in Northern CA its been on going for about 5 to 7 years now.. he pays the tax's and they fenced the property 5 acres next to his 5 acres been using like its his own.. did all the filing and notices in the paper etc.. and will now try to get the judge to let them take clear title Be interesting if he can pull it off.. but in the mean time for the price of tax's he uses the property..

There is a lengthy list of applicants and the rent partially guaranteed by Big Brother too. 

Like if I gave my brother a 0.01% share does that do anything to help or hurt things?  

My girlfriend has family in the area and her brother helped with general maintenance/repairs.)For the home under contract, I’m not sure if I should contact a property manager to screen tenants and show the property.
