That is the beauty of the Apartment complex business model.  

I purchased like new off craigslist for couch loveseat,, only staged main living areas,, no bedrooms .Left the main living areas and kitchen, and bath staged for showings..I did add some beautiful flower pots outside and a patio table set for deck.Accessories, I kept the tags on and returned the stuff after the house was sold so basically within 2 weeks, and dragged a few things from my own home like lamps, to use. 

I'm a mommy of 3 beautiful kids who are totally the reason as to why I am getting into investing!!

A beautiful large beach is also right down the road, .5 of a mile.
