I am curious... those of you who are using Buildium for HOAs, what do you use for your property management company's bookkeeping?  I'm inclined to use Quickbooks but would like to know what has worked for y...

As someone that gets literaelly 5+ calls/texts a day (I am sick of them and I've had to turn on the iphones spam filter which blocks anyhthign that's not a contact), I can tell you where people that reach out to me fail1) They rely so much on automation that they use the first part of the LLC name. 

@michael, there are no shortages of spreadsheets and websites (bp has one) that let you do valuations.the money is in automating the process from end to end.

@Ben Nantell - If you are in need of a full-time property manager, as @Soh Tanaka mentioned, @Mark Ainley is the way to go here in Chicago.If you are able to get by with some software I highly recommend looking Hemlane (https://www.hemlane.com/). 

Just curious if anyone has used Innago in the past to assist with the management of their rentals?

It would be split amongst the number of investors and how much each contributed.Is there any software that you have found to assist with distributions especially with multiple investors?

I work a full time job during the week as a Software Engineer, so I only invest part time.
