How are you arriving at your numbers for purchase, ARV, rental, etc?

I believe they publish a list of upcoming cases though in the office at the court that you could perhaps check periodically and get the case numbers and information and then look up the court filings and petitions online, or the name of the attorney in the case. 

The local REIA had about 30 people attending the main meetings when I first arrived - now it is usually 100+ attending.The easy rehabs have been pretty well cleaned up.  

In my opinion, positive cash flow is often arrived at with what I like to call "perfect math".

Read the book he cites these types of examples and with practice you will easily arrive at a win / win.Good luck, Chip
