@Neil SternYou should be able to get a residential loan if your income supports it, if not you might have an issue with a commercial loan, since a 3 family in not so good neighborhoods is tough for commercial loans.Good luck!

That's an issue with outdoor advertising - you have no filters on who might call you, whereas with search they are using specific keywords and with direct mail we mail to specific people.Signs produce the lowest cost per call, but also the lowest quality calls.But also - if they were confused about your message, reduce the # of words to only what is needed ~ "WE PAY CASH FOR HOUSES - 888-999-7777".
