I'm new to real estate investing, but have been actively seeking opportunities in my area.  

He's still fantastic but for that area, I consult attorneys that are referred by other active wholesalers in my state.

We are most active in Manhattan midtown area with several school and private projects on going.

I am in the market to buy a 4-plex so finding a manager who also actively sells properties would be a plus.

I recommend you continue to be active in the forums because you'll get a lot of value from the conversations that happen. 

My husband and I are also investors with a rental portfolio and active with fix/flip properties in the Houston area. 

They truly have helped me go from couch to actively investing.Good Luck

There will also have to be seasonal maintenance activities such as cleaning of the gutters, emptying water out of the sprinkler systems, etc. to eliminate some of the weather related issues.
