Just got of a call with the Builder's  lender  financing team.

If, however, you are starting out fresh, and it is appearing as a new listing with no reviews, you could market it that way by taking fresh photos and giving it a face lift with the summary calling out that it is a new listing.

It appears the bond market continues to call BS, remaining dubious that inflation will come down rapidly (or potential labor market weakening).And those traders may be right, at least for now.Fed Fund futures are now pricing in ~4 rate cuts in 2024, down from 6+, which it has fluctuated around the past few months.

I called my local banks as well some credit unions but they unfortunately only offer for primary and secondary homes.

Put a "Call/balloon" on the 2nd so you need to pay it off in "x" number of years (3-5) with a 30 year Amortization or an interest only payment.
