@Dustin Street so currently I have another tri-plex and a single family rehab going on, but I am getting to the point that I do need to stabilize all of my stuff more, and stop going broke twice a year buying stuff like I have. so for this year my goal is not to buy anymore and focus on the business, but still go to the networking meetups that I go to, and then push more in 2024.

Drill the locks,, i wasn't sure how to do it myself and Youtubed it.. and did a lock last night,, so if a Girl can do it you can..it took me about 20 min using small to large drill bits.. in and done and locks changed..As far as notifying tenant,, just put note on entry door saying locks changed see owner..

In reality people just broke them and I didn't have a strong enough clauses in the lease at the time to really make it worth my while and mostly just broke even.
