I know it's not always required, but the City will hit you will sewer impact, fire, schools, traffic, etc.

I learned that coming soon posts/ads were a great help for getting foot traffic along with showing some of the before and afters.Patience is virtue.

The last 2 AirBnB's I've booked have been the same cost as a hotel, if not more, and I'll probably book my next stay through traditional lodging because I don't see the point of using AirBnB anymore unless it's a large group trip.My point is, those who are still on the site looking to stay in a high-traffic tourist area and save money may be interested  RV's by themselves.

@Michael Weis if you were going to open a restaurant, would you open one in the middle of nowhere with zero competition or near other restaurants with lots of traffic?

I did search on the web.

The property is located in Central Florida, just north of Orlando, which is about 2 hours or more drive depending on traffic.

I also assume depending on where the property is, whether in a cold or warm location, will depend on when most of your traffic occurs, whether during the summer or winter or all year around?

I have a few properties down my belt but would like to gain more in-depth knowledge of the local market. but I have no interest in becoming an agent, (always felt an agent has to be a semi-public figure to be successful, which is not for me) but feel like just the pure amount of traffic they handle provides valuable information.

If you're able to provide some data in the listing about the potential income/CoC return, it could help drive traffic through the house.
