I agree, but ultimately the best investors(not necessarily the good ones)[/i] are the best psychologists, they study human nature and social interactions and after they are done looking at your shoes......they'll look in your eyes and either feel confidence or trepidation......they can basically smell fear and treachery.....So, if you are going to present a deal to and investor...whether is a private, institutional, etc.......make sure you ask yourself the ultimate question...."

Additionally a rule such as 1-1-6, which seems Un-American by limiting competition in business-to-business transactions, probably would have resulted in many individuals and business unknowingly violating the rule and being subject to potential fines for promoting the repair of properties and helping to stabilize homes values.I would think that many would ask “Why did the Board (DORA) promote the interest of mortgage brokers, limit competition, and slow the recovery of property values (and the economy) when many of the statutes passed to help protect tax payers and homeowners from predatory lending and restore a stability to property values?”

I don't mind taking somewhat of a hit on one or two houses that I may own for a few years if they will ultimately pull out of the downturn.Comparing the RE market to the stock market, what goes down must come up.
