Our current weirdest expense involved a dinner plate sized hole in the bottom a bathtub which the departed (not dead, just moved) tenant described as a "minor crack due to normal wear and tear".  

Very excited to learn more and get cracking.

The floors would crack just like the table has done.

I know my tenants, and I know that I'd be replacing those things every year when they get chipped, cracked, and won't pass inspection.
