Can getting fixtures through my plumber be comparable in price with buying them myself if my plumber has discounts through his supplier?

However over the next decade property will still need exterior paint, replaced concrete drives/walks, asbestos tile removal, repaired retaining walls, etc. of about $50--60k that's not in the report.

He does great tiling but price is a little higher than others specializing in tiling and he is much slower.

I brought this up to my contractor who works for my property manager and he believes that when clay tiles have been penetrated by roots it usually means the line will need to be jetted at least once a year.

That can be so frustrating, so handle that ahead of time with finding a mobile home supplier.  

Do you have carpet and hardwoods in a Victorian home or tile/vinyl in a contemporary one. 

Here in Miami, banks won't finance a house if it has a crack on roof tile.

All new tile flooring on the 1st floor, updated hall bathroom, painted everywhere, new light/fan fixtures, took out builder grade kitchen island with one a lot nicer, new windows, & added some Nashville touches to the place.
