Are there any warning signs or indicators that I should exercise my "exit strategy" from a "turnkey provider"....??

I can't help you much with financing, but just a word of warning.  

Side Note: I'm not trying to time the market perfecty, BUT it sure seems very possible that by next summer we could be in a recession (there seem to be a lot of warning signs, inverted yeild curve, etc.) so I want to be prepared financailly to take advantage. 

So I'm wondering if B4A is the same concept - enter at your own risk and the risk just might pay off..OR if there should be a DO NOT ENTER warning on them lol.Any and all insight would be much appreciated!

We are new to investing at this scale and we are not very familiar with the Hartford market, so any insight/warnings/opinions etc. would probably be a big help to us as we try to educate ourselves before making this move.

First I should warn everyone this is a long post, so I'll push the strategy to the front and the about me later.

He shared a couple of contacts but he warned me about their high price.

No matter how well you plan you will miss something like the $800 utility bill from the contractor's equipment or the city inspector's previous warnings to the prior owner.The wolf investor never buys a $5,000 property without and edge. 

Perhaps it is if you really know what you are doing, but he doesn't warn enough about making mistakes.
