Since finding this deal and crunching numbers and then getting the news from the lenders, the house I was pursuing is now under contract so time is no longer of the essence, at least until I find a new deal.

Luckily, I didn't let this news stop me.

Exciting news for “Military City USA”. 

Call several local real estate agents or lenders, read articles from local news outlets on where and why the city is growing or how it is developing, find out if any large company is moving HQ  or building a large factory in the area, etc...

I was sitting here reading the news this morning and lo and behold I see the US government is close to pushing another stimulus package as well as lengthening the “no eviction” mandate to the end of the year.

I’m not saying they are the absolutely best in every way, but they are who I trust with my work and if you find a better Roofer, Tile guy, Drywaller, Title company, or what have you then share the good news back with me!  

Good news is once you get into the property, you can do a cash-out refinance to pull ~90% of your equity out of the property.

No sporting events, concerts really happening.

That led me to calling the company to confirm employment, look at their fb page and stumbled onto some news reporting that his company filed for bankruptcy back in June. 

I have been taking the time to learn more and follow real estate "news" and have started networking.
