Why, because I don't spend the majority of my time talking, taking smoke breaks, and screwing around.

If you have the contacts, time, and/or money to spend on marketing then selling it yourself is an option.Another option as far as a Real Estate agent goes is to find a Realtor who agrees to do a deal that if you sell it of your own accord that he/she doesn't get a commission.

Youd be PAYING HIM to make you spend MORE on the subs too.

It sort of depends on how you are buying the house, and therefore how much you can spend on rehab.

If you are also a licensed agent you will come across as competition.I would spend some time talking to agents and contractors to see what they need from the opposite profession.

Or, “So, what do you do all day”… Or, “It must be nice getting those big checks”… funny the things they perceive to be what is involved…They don’t see me writing fat checks all the time to make things go, or spend nights and weekends working, firing contractors, all of the things it takes to be successful.
