. $87k per door sounds alot. you are getting a low return so you need better terms to cashflow.

Frankly, this doesn't sound so bad compared to the return I could get on a 10 year bond.   

Quite often they are embarrassed by their situation and the prospect of less visitors and a shorter process sounds more appealing than scraping for that extra dollar and inviting the circus over.

Nice idea and all, but to me, it sounds like just asking for extra work.

But im confused on the process of wholesaling a pre-foreclosure and I hear that it can be more complicated than it sounds.
