Most states require a licensed agent to show a property they don't have ownership in.So, your options:1) Find someone here on BP to illegally help you.

Presumably someone does your tax returns, ask them.

@Joe Villeneuvewas thinking about your guidance on another post, where someone was being told "put more down to cash flow."  

One unit is occupied by someone on Mass Housing and they have a lease lasting until November. 

I have made money on 2 foot strips along someones property.I have purchased environmentally contaminated parcels and made millions oh a $500 investment.

Looking for someone who has experience on this matter, as we have more things to consult in future related to investing in Rental through LLC.

So things that are a red flag for me may be fine for someone who's more aggressive.

I also will add that given that the goals of my original post were my own, I stand by my original criteria only being the simple net cash flow, and simultaneously that my goals had flexibility if someone wanted to add a formula that included certain expenses above PITI.
