First of all his GF would have to be screened, that aside, the possibility of needing 4 spaces is going to be an big issue.Do you have a clause in your lease with a parking space limit?  

I use a PM and am not involved with tenants, screening, etc.  

I guess this is why tenant screening is such an important part of the process.

The last several apartment communities that have come across my screen in Ohio and Indiana were being marketed as "value-ad" at $50,000 to $60,000/door - these were all 1,960es construction...I have to laugh.

So, I am up to three calls that led no where other than developing my screening skills.

It's a little over 2,000 sqft, 4bd, with a pool and screened in porch. 

Not to say all college students aren't responsible, but to add to the security after ternate screening for choosing who you'll  be housing.
