I want to help investors become aware of how real estate IRAs can benefit their short-term investment goals while looking ahead for a safe and steady retirement.I truly believe this is something all real estate investors should be thinking about because the reality is, there is tremendous interest in investing in real estate when saving for one’s retirement.

I do understand it is not cheap to have such an outfitted team, but I want to be more on the safe side.

In terms of solution, the best solution is to get rid of the panel and have those circuits on the main panel or move the subpanel to a safe and accessible place.  

So if the loan wasn't in foreclosure it was a pretty safe bet to add six month's interest plus estimated late fees to the estimated unpaid principal.But after the crash, I've seen many, many instances where loans have gone unpaid for years before foreclosure proceedings are begun.  

Is it safe to say that you're an active buyer of these type of properties.

Note: it's a very safe investment as it's not tied to the market hence not subject to market fluctuations.

It seems very grey to me, so I have my clients issue their vendors 1099s just to be safe. 

You'll probably be safe enough and stay out of wholesaling jail if you listen to them.  

My dogs are crated when we would leave, so that was pretty safe for all concerned.

I think it would be safe to say, that if an agent doesn't have time to search for deals multiple times a week for their client(s), then they're not an Investors Agent.
