If you don't know a mortgage/financial pro, I would highly recommend seeking out two or three RE investors whom you trust (and you've seen them with a successful track record) and ask them for a referral to such a professional.I wish you the very best!

Besides what I see on the web, I will be interested in direct referrals from this community. 

I leave a few cards with them so that they can pass the cards to friends or relatives who might be in the same situation and pay a referral fee $500 if I buy their friend's house.I have helped WAY more people than I have purchased properties. 

We want to get laminate flooring done throughout the house, which includes ripping up the old carpet and tiles, and would really appreciate any suggestion for good flooring referrals from everyone in Las Vegas, Nevada!

But I contend that many who try wholesaling and dump the kind of money into it.. that I have heard talked about on BP.if they put that into marketing them selves as agents and went for listings. they would be doing 10X the amount of business they currently do.I recall a thread were one person spent 100k or so on direct mail made enough sales to make 50k or so... 100k in marketing as an agent and you actually work it and in a decent market like you have could make you 500k.and a lifelong carrer.what many don't understand is as an RE agent and if your on top of it.. once you have about 10 years in .. 95% of your business comes to you in the form of referrals.
