When it comes to financing a flipper home it can be tough.

So many options already, but the first thing that comes to mind is creative financing.

Typically, cash purchases close about two weeks after the relinquished property, while financed purchases close four weeks later.

As others have said, if you are looking to house hack, an LLC will not be best suited for you as you will likely want to go with FHA financing.
