As with any course, book, mentoring program etc., if you're not intending to use it to actually get out there and make a start, it'll be worthless, but if there's even a shred of "I REALLY want to do this" in you, the Virtual Flips course is an excellent place to get the education you need!

That is, people who only understand working for money, not necessarily having money work for them.My financial mentors teach putting equity to work producing income (arbitrage) instead of letting "dead" equity just sit and ebb/flow with the economic tide.Just wanted to present another viewpoint.

Im also looking for a mentor that has knowledge of the local Los Angeles real estate market particularly the Topanga Cyn, Malibu, Westside LA, West Valley, Agoura Hills areas.So if you guys have any recommendations on how I can find a mentor and start attending some local real estate investment groups/meetings, is there any good way to find great local real estate investments groups.
