Just curious- what made you decide to go down the route of a limited partnership?

@Vickie BruceSorry for your loss...You should be able to follow probate proceedings and have it transferred to your name.The procedures will depend on if your mother had a will or not and the language on the deed.

Next time you see their vehicle in your laneway do not ask just have it towed.You then counteract your first loss.

Hi,I have 50K extra to invest, and I have already diversified my other investments to many different areas using: Vanguard 3-fund index fund portfolio ( vtsax, vtiax, vwitx (60/30/10) ), M1Finance 3-fund ETF portfolio ( vti, vxus, vteb (60/30/10), individual company stocks and ESPP (around 80K), Treasury notes (6-month and 1-year, total of 40K), I-bonds (10K limit for this year), some CDs (1-year 2% at ally and synchrony), and some in savings account in synchrony.How can i invest the extra 50K?

Nonetheless it's an extremely new area and I'm curious as to if I should make the jump here or raise my price limit and look into other well-established areas with solidified school systems such as Pearland, Katy, the newer areas of Richmond (Long Meadow, Harvest Green...).

And now it could be headed for trial.Not sure how many more steps this thing needs, but it's over the limit already. 

The seller has offered a 2-year option, but the purchase price seems a bit steep given the limited data.

I have no wholesaling experience and my knowledge is limited on the topic, but it is something I would like to get into.
