So, if you started off in low income for the cheap price of admission, it's time to start looking at middle income blue and white collar for growth.

I have also billed the guests for things but they were pretty minor under $50, but only if they didn't tell me.For example, someone broke all these blue mugs we had, didn't tell me and I billed them $50.

Once in a blue moon you have a hoarder that has to go to jail in 2 weeks, but those circumstances have gotten so rare.

If I get up and feel like wearing blue jeans and a jacket with paint stains from the day before the that's what I will wear.

I would also have get rid of the blue tub and shower by reglazing them a simple white ($300)  replace the toilet (there was one at Sam's club for $98) today and get a sink and cabinet combo for the bathroom from Home Depot for a few hundred bucks.Then I would move into a unit and start buying things.
