Im not working with much cash but I have a friend who believes in me and is willing to invest money towards my cause which is amazing.

Looking for a wholesaling friendly title company in Northwest Arkansas area.

The series LLC was created originally to improve upon the limitations of LLC in the state of Delaware an AP friendly state to compete for business. so should structures not improve?

I know nothing about real estate, and I dont have any close friends or relatives that really know much about real estate.

I wish I would of done what I wanted to in school which was buy a place and rent to my friends. 

Make friends with them.

Unfortunately, neither was my realtor when my wife and I bought, we used a friend of her family.
