@Chuck DrinnanI use Buildium as well, however if you do some searches on the forums I know there are a host of other options if you solely want the ability to accept payments online or in person at various locations.If you're bank is flexible and you feel you have great tenants, I know several people who have used  @Jennifer Griffin suggestion as well.
