With this, the Judge will order the sheriff to forcibly remove the tenant within 72 hours.It's not over yet, but everything thus far is going as well as it could be in my particular situation.

I think that your only option here is to find a different property manager that doesn't have this in their contract or negotiate with them to remove this from your contract but both of those would be for the future not for this instance

If nothing she has personally introduced to you is of interest to you, just let her know you are working with someone else and tell her to remove you from her email list.  

They did not have the money to remove the mold from the home.

I would just remove those questions or replace them both with "Do you have one or more previous landlord references or did you previously own a home?" 

Our plan had been to remove the ceiling in order to fix that problem, but we would lose around 900 sqft when we do that.My question is, would it be possible to underpin the foundation in order to gain the height we are looking for and keep the square footage?

I would send them a warning to remove the unauthorized pets otherwise to start paying for them per the policy.
