The equip is expensive , a new plow is about 5 to 6 grand , a  sander/salter about 4 to 5 grand , and a new truck is  35 to 70 grand .

Avoiding UDFI is nice when possible, but it really does not add up to that much in the grand scheme of things, and you still very much get the benefits of higher cash-on-cash return through leverage even under an IRA subject to UDFI.

I don't want to upgrade breaker panels and they don't want design network infrastructure, but in Maryland, you must have a Master or Limited Electrical license to pull a permit for low voltage installations.
