The issue you'll run into with 3 lots is even if they are finished and permit ready, unless this is a spectacular location, no national builder will touch it because there aren't enough lots and a local builder will likely want to defer your money until the house sells.Buy it at 2k per lot and expect to hold unless you're going to build.

The first floor I could maybe push 900 with heat included due to the basement being finished, but the second floor is tiny.In the end its still not enough cash flow to make a move on it.
