I have concrete evidence that proves this.Honestly it is irrelevant how many clients you have doing 3 billion deals.If one deal cost them 3K / lead, it is horrible.

My major ones are:- Foundation & overall structure (termites, sink holes, evidence of water damage/mold)- Roof needs to be replaced every ~12-15 years so if it hasn't then that will need to be done- AC - 50/50 shot if over 10 years old.- Look at plumbing - copper might need replacing & polybutylene pipes need to be replaced- Had an insurance company refuse to insure a property with a water heater over 10 years old...- If houses really old you want to make sure that the Electrical Panel has been updated or you will have to in order to get traditional mortgage financing or sell.Also check on sex offenders and school ratings if the target market for the area is people that have kids (I check before I make an offer).

With you, the Secretary, being in possession of the corporation's records, you could easily point to no evidence of the share being transferred.I don't know if you're referencing your corporation or LLC, but on their corporation by-laws for example, Section 6 addresses these issues.

The Salesmen minimizes or ignores weaknesses, emphasizes strengths, ignores data he does not like, and substitutes bad temper and clownish insults for measured & substantive responses.3)  The Salesman if often, but not always, located in NV or UT.4)  The attorney explains things in a clear manner with citations and evidence

Instead of being grateful that we worked together to grow their business with my capital, I was made to feel like a nuisance because I asked for information about my loan and evidence to support his claims. 0/10 would recommend these people. hopefully it comes to a good conclusion as it seems like not done yet.I am sure you have some good lessons learned like late fees etc.
