I personally don't think the brick is a problem (assuming it's structurally sound and in good shape)...I just think you need to power wash it, seal it, and install some gutters.Once you install guttering, your brick will look much cleaner because it should eliminate or minimize the splatter caused by rain around your foundation.With the new gray paint, and white trim paint, I think the brick will look a lot better.I think thats the cheapest and easiest fix...and if you don't like it, you can always paint it next year...

I agree with others, most of the facebook marketplace people are just shopping around, but you should schedule a group showing to eliminate most people and not rely on anyone showing up at a particular time.
