The market tends to be extremely high in all of the neighborhoods (Nothing less than 250k if you want a decent deal).I recently took a drive around town and took note of a few properties that caught my eye that might be contenders of a wholesale deal.

I want to make sure I look my competition in the eye and see who I am dealing with.

In summary; you need to keep your eye on the ball when dealing with tenants.

Milwaukee is a market that has also caught my eye over the last few years and seems to offer plenty of opportunity! 

I'm in the process of adding graphs and other aesthetics to make the package look a little more appealing to the eye. 

Im also eyeing Little Rock and Memphis but for different reasons.

So lending will be harder (worse terms) but those can change as you gain experience in the eyes of underwriters and banks/CU’s.2.
