Management of section 8 will cost more than traditional management so keep that in mind as well.I haven’t viewed the property yet but I’m hoping to fly in to look at multiple different properties as well as introduce my girl to my relatives lol.

@Ryan Brown, I am not an NYC landlord and know you are subject to different laws than I am in Ohio.But, typically, as long as their shower head is fully functional, I cannot see any reason why you would be required to replace it for them.

The subject property was purchased in a 4 way transaction, in which my partner and I purchased both the subject property and a warehouse type property that was “behind” the subject - from two different sellers.

fbclid=IwAR3Ym8qIkzl0e19FhTBJAjcXy3gJsS-VM5-c2r4v684wIQWH5MVPIjt5xfM ... if they pass proposed regulations... there are at least three different proposals in that article...As an owner of multiple STRs here - I don't mind a $200 a year tax on them... it will probably keep out many operators that are not as serious... regulations so often end up benefitting bigger operators (eg. hotels) and hurting true mom and pops.
