Raise the rate, lower the occupancy, lower the rate, more heads in beds.Seems like the sweet spot for airlines and big hotels is somewhere between 70-80%.

As long as they’re SFR, or small multi’s (and not big apartment complexes or in flood zones), I’ve found that you’ll at least be in the general ballpark with those quotes as you continue to look at other similar properties.
