Also, I would suggest that you join your local REI club and learn your market and network with others that can help you.

As you may or may not know, when you speak at a club, convention, hotel etc, there's certain business and promoter costs involved.

Look for a local real estate investor club and meet other investors.

A year or two later, a night club in Bali was blown up in their God's name.

If you own one or two rentals, maybe you need to manage them to understand what you want from a PM, but as some point, your time is better spent on other things, such as vacations (Russia last year, Alaska the year before for us), helping the less fortunate, and other endeavors.
