Indeed, it is a great start to the new year for me.Just wanted to share a personal success:I have been searching for ways to obtain an absentee owner list for my direct mail campaign, but was having the most difficulty as I needed to find a list for free or relatively cheap.

Occasionally, you may find a listing with errors on it, which will net you some profit, or you can do some slim margin stuff and hope to make 10k to 15k, which isn't my cup of tea.If you want to find deals, you need to find off market properties and that means finding a reliable wholesaler (which has its own set of challenges) or running your own direct marketing campaigns.

I assume when you start the CF campaign, that you could then also market it yourself and try and drive raw traffic (or better yet qualified investors) to your CF page in an effort to help move things along - but once you're doing this, I'm wondering what I need the CF platform for at that point?
